Writing down what you eat every time you consume food and drinks will help hold you accountable to how much you eat and when you eat it. Writing it down will make you more conscious.


Think about what you are going to eat throughout the day. Prepare a weekly menu so that you will know what you are going to eat ahead of time. Make sure you are ready for anything! Pack some snack or a nutritious lunch to take with you anywhere you go. When you are not going out to eat, you save a lot of cash. To be successful in any weight loss plan you must incorporate both a healthy diet and a good exercise routine.
