Writing down food choices and what you put into your body can help you make better choices each time you are looking for something to eat.


When you are hungry you make bad choices. Keep some healthy snacks around in case you get famished. Those fast food restaurants will be awfully tempting if you aren’t prepared with alternatives! Determine your menus ahead of time, and take brown bag lunches each day. That way, you will save money too.
